For more than a decade, I have walked every path in the spa world – from pool attendant to therapist, from reception to management, and finally to leading pre-openings for luxury destinations. With dual Swiss diplomas as a Medical Beautician with Federal Diploma and Certified Health Massage Therapist, I bring not only academic depth but also hands-on mastery of treatments, bodywork, yoga, and holistic wellbeing. I know every detail – the flow of a treatment, the touchpoints of a guest journey, the teamwork behind the scenes – because I have lived it.
